Python Job: Senior Front End Developer

Hudson is currently seeking applicants for a Senior Front End Developer position with an organisation based in the inner city suburbs of Brisbane. What you will be doing in the role.

• Develop and build new front-end functionalities, and enhance existing systems
• Work with other team members to separate front-end and back-end systems and perform peer review of software as required.
• Employ and advocate use of modern web-development techniques
• Optimise web applications for performance and accessibility
• Participate in scope of work estimation and forecasting.

What you need to be successful in this role.

• Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS software development skills as well as experience using React.
• Awareness of Accessibility, SEO principles, Security, Performance best practices
• Focus on user needs and optimum user experience
• Desire to utilize best practices in software development.
• Organized, detail-oriented, accurate and thorough in your work.
• Have a self-managed, proactive work style.
• Familiarity with the following tools and technologies: GIT, VMware, JIRA, UNIX/Linux
